Jitter problem playing MKV h.264 files, Makes the picture look jumpy in slow pans. Only happens in MediaPortal.

See the attached screen shots.
1. MediaPortal with graphedit connected to remote graph. (Shows jitter)
2. Graphedit only; graph manually created. (No jitter)

Logs also attached (From play to stop)

Any help would be much appreciated

be aware that "no jitter" can also mean that the default EVR presenter simply does not calculate that value

edit: you could try disabling Cool'n'Quiet to see if it makes a difference.

Jitter in EVR-mode in Mediaportal is "normal". You can see it in Videos or in TV-mode. Using VMR9 in Mediaportal does not jitter. The EVR-Jitter bug was also present in other applications like DVB Viewer or Media Player Classic Cinema, and was solved a short time ago. But how... I don't know as I am not a coder.

Good point, I'll actually watch the video in graphedit and see if it's smooth, it's noticeably jerky on slow scenes in MediaPortal.

Decoding h.264 TV I get maybe 1 - 3 jitter, but with the MKV files I get 21 which is unwatchable.

I also extracted the AVI out from the mkv using the tool that comes with haali and the AVI plays fine (although aspect ratio is not right?)
