Mkv problems reading from the drive lg blu-ray (1 Viewer)

Hello. First of all thank you very much for your excellent program. I have a problem with mkv files in HD. H264 encoded. Usually I have the computer to 60hz framerate, and of course I have enabled in the configuration, the dynamic refresh rate. If I read a mkv from hard disk to 23.976 frames the program changes the computer to 24. The problem is when I read a mkv file from the disk drive blu-ray. Media Portal does not change the frames. If the menu was at 60 Hz, do not change, so you see the judder.
This problem has a solution in this version of Media Portal?

Have you enabled the dynamic refresh rate changer in MediaPortal configuration?

Yes. I have marked the four options. Enable Control dinamyc refresh rate. Use device reset. Notify popup on refresh rate change. Force refresh rate chage. But just change the refresh of the mkv that are the hard disk. No change to refresh the mkv read from the disk drive LG blu-ray.
