Yes I have restarted MediaPortal several times and I also have cleared the cache (deleting C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Cache right?).

My InfoService version is v0993. To install the 128x128 weather backgrounds I have to replace the ones already in ...\MediaPortal\weather\128x128 right? Because thats what I've done.
