Hi,

For this version of MaMPt (beta version btw), we do not integrate the EPG on it, but the libmompt API support it. Did you installed the MPlayer in the N800? We use mplayer as backend for mampt. In the next version of mampt we are going to support GStreamer too (gstreamer is the native multimedia framework of maemo).
Sorry about this, we should put more documentation in our web page about installation and use procedure.

I installed MPlayer, used the aktual Version at the end of april. The N800 runs with OS2008 btw, if it matters. I have not tried to stream media before, so i should test this direkt in mplayer first, i think. Well, i'll see what the weekend will bring ;-)

Hi daffydk,
The Mampt application works on maemo platform so it will work on ubuntu dist if you install scratchbox (instructions to install sdk here) in it and either install Mampt inside the scratchbox. The MoMPt library works ok on ubuntu dist, you just need to install the requirements (libwww-ssl, libxmlrpc-c3) before. You can make a simple test downloading the source code or just download the executable file here, and running testPlugin.

Unfortunately, it doesn't. The Nokia N82 is on symbian platform and N800, maemo platform. The MaMPt application was developed on maemo platform.

You can choose a internet tablet (N800, N810) .
I believe no cell phone will support the MaMPt application. Sorry!
