Monochrome & Indigo Skins for Moving Pictures (1 Viewer)

I had these posted in the main Moving Pictures thread but thought I would move them here
so everyone would get to see them and use them, I added a few things since the posts
in the original thread.

Things done were:
Moved cover in list view and made bigger
Used cover template from nicecovers.com for list,thumbs & largethumbs views
Fixed the rating (mpaa certification) at the bottom, never showed the rating before
Added actors list to details view
And adjusted skins to match of course
