more channel ids for digiguide (1 Viewer)

hope this is of use to someone, just been and added these channels and there ids to my grabber file located -
C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\WebEPG\grabbers\GB

	<Channel id="4Seven" siteId="51107" />
	<Channel id="BBC 2 HD" siteId="50530" />
	<Channel id="Capital TV" siteId="51180" />
	<Channel id="CCTV News" siteId="51093" />
	<Channel id="Heart TV" siteId="51181" />
	<Channel id="More Than Movies" siteId="51026" />
	<Channel id="More Than Movies Plus 1" siteId="51100" />

i added them then went and tried to remember which i added lol, but that i think is all of them, attached my file if you want to just dl it and copy into directory.
