More EPG Guide details (1 Viewer)

Hi I'm a little disappointed with the data shown in the EPG guide, the data I'm most concerned about would be the sporting events teams. In my guide I get "NBA Basketball" with no teams listed.
Looking at the data listed in the xmltv file it shows "NBA Basketball" with "Wizards at Jazz" below.

How do I go about getting this to work for me. I'm using the mc2xml app.

Try enabling episode information using the MePo Config program. I see both sport and team names, for example: College Basketball (Maryland vs Duke)

OK, looks like I need to setup MP ver 1.3. I'm currently running version 1.2.3
I'm running xbmc, is there anything special I need to do to upgrade to MP 1.3?

that should work for both 1.2.3 and the newer 1.3.0beta. I've never tried xbmc so I can't really offer much setup help.

I actually don't have the TV Client option in the MP 1.2.3 version[DOUBLEPOST=1358978055][/DOUBLEPOST]OK, I've located the TV Client plugin, is there a folder I should drop certain files in?

I use both the MePo TV Server and the MePo Client to watch live TV, recorded TV etc. The MePo TV Server with xmltv/mc2xml supports both program name and episode names in the MePo TV Guide and sports typically shows the team names

Looks like you just installed the MePo TV Server SW, you might try looking at xbmc forums or maybe google for info on xbmc episode and team name setup

I was able to locate the TV client, it was already installed. You're correct after changing the setting, I can see the sub-title (Teams playing) in the MP guide but not showing in the xbmc guide. Thanks, I appreciate your help, I'll have to continue looking.
