Mouse is off on main page only (1 Viewer)

My mouse is "off" by about 2 lines on the main page of media portal.
I installed Black Glass HD but switched the skin right back to defaultwide.
Attached is a screenshot of what I mean.
I am hoping there is a file or setting I can reset or clear and I need your experience.

That didn't help. What did it was changing the skin to default and then back to defaultwide. I can recreate this by setting to blackglassHD and it is off again even when I switch back to defaultwide.

I did notice different behavior now that I made the switch to fix scroll but then unchecked it. Now my selection is much nicer and lessensitiveve.
