Well, I'd still like to have an option to turn it off completely. Why is this weird scrolling before there in the first place?

Did we get an answer to this? I'm new to MP but this is my biggest annoyance. If we could turn off the mouse scrolling and have only the wheel perform a scroll that would be good.

I still have a problem with the scrolling speed with mouse over. Any resolution in sight.
