Move video picture always to top (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone.
Is it possible to always have the video be played at the top of the screen? What I want is, if a cinemascope (or other aspect ratios) video is played on my 16:9 screen it is moved to the top and that way only a big black bar is shown at the bottom.
Is that possible? I couldn't find anything like that by now.

Nope never seen that option anywhere but then I've never looked, video is read by the codec\filter used for aspect ratio so have you looked at what the "intelligent frame correction plugin can do for you, might be worth a try as I use it all the time.

Thanks for your reply, but the plugin seems to be focused on videos that have a black bar "encoded" in the file/stream and detects them. That isn't what I was looking for. The videos I play (don't use TV) are cropped correct, but I don't want them to be playes vertically centered on the screen, but be played as they are but top aligned.
I guess I have to look in the postprocessing filters of ffdshow or something to do that, but I wasn't able to find anything like that. :-(
