You can easily do this
In TVSeries Config add the new path to the NAS (As well as leaving the old path)
Run MP
Move Files from old server to NAS
When finished moving, you can run a import manually just to be sure from within tvseries hidden menu
Check you can play some episodes that have been moved
Close MP and remove old path
Should be it
MP-TVSeries it will sort it out, you wont loose watch flags etc
If you want to be cautious you could backup the DB first and or sync with trakt and or follwit so your watched flags are safe
