Today though I added a new batch of movies to my source and it seems unable to get any information. It takes a very long time to go through, at which point all the files show up with a little "i" round icon in the left column and no options for movies in the pull-downs. I tried changing the Data Sources under Importer Settings, moving imdb.com down and themoviedb.org up, but that doesn't solve it. Has anybody ever run into this?
