<li data-xf-list-type="ul">A third possibility is that the file you are trying to import has an unsupported file extension. Is the file named something odd like ironman2.divx?</li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ul">Finally the file may be locked (although I would expect to see this mentioned in the log file, which I do not...) This could be caused by another program with the file open such as VLC or uTorrent.</li>
