Movie streaming through a web interface? (1 Viewer)

Hi you all,
I am a noob with MP
And i need some help please,...

Is it possible to setup a MP server in your network, just for Movies, pictures and mp3 files?
Is it also possible to acces that server in your network through a webbrowser?
If so,
How do i do that?
Cause i installed mp on 2 computers!
Ports?

yes. it's possible but complicated. easierif tune channels using tuner rather than set top box.

Hi,

whatever player i select in the settings it will not play even if i set it to direct still no luck
when i set it to direct it will tell me, there is no plugin available to play this content

What am i doing wrong
I have teamviewer if anyone would like to help me out with it,...

Ok when i select Flashplayer after long buffering it works and still in the movie it buffers very often,
What do i need to do,...

If this is the way it only works, i think it is better i stop with this project,....
Cause i am having only problems with this!

And when i am looking on the forum with the search funtion searching for web media portal There is nothing there that i can use,...
so unless somebody is willing to help me out, i thing it is better to leave this community, and go back to plexmedia.
So this is my last call for help

Have you installed VLC it is used by webserver. Why is it you want to use webserver rather than a MP Client. PM me your teamviewer login key.
