Hi there,

i got the problem that moving pictures doesn't retrieve the movie details, cover, backdrops for the Movie James Bond Goldeneye.
Moving pictures detect the movie well thanks to my nfo file but then it stops retrieving the data. Other files before and after works fine.

Any ideas.

moving pictures 0.7.5. cuz of X-Factor skin

The X-Factor Google code website and forum thread show full support for MovingPictures 1.0.1:1001 (actual name for beta2). So what is stopping you?

Might solve your problem, as many fixes to v0.7.5 have been made regarding backdrops/etc.

I have the exact same problem with Goldeneye. My other 275 movies work fine, but when I try to import Goldenye, it never changes from a green circle to a green circle with a check mark and no matter how many times I try to reselect or rescan the results are the same.

The problem appears to be associated with whatever imdb.com has on Goldeneye. As a workaround, I manually added details for Goldeneye (just the name) which locked up MP configuration. I used the task manager to kill it and then reopened. Goldeneye was now in my movie list. I then reloaded movie details from a different source (themoviedb) and it works fine. I was unable to reload details from imdb.com even after Goldeneye was successfully added to my movie list.

I have actually found the same problem with Moving Pictures RC 2.

I am trying to import the movie Eragon. Its located on my NAS box so that both of my computers can access it. When the one running RC2 scans it in, I get the wrong IMDB score and the thumbnail picture, thats it! everything else is blank, inc the backdrop.

However on my other computer (running 0.75) it picks up the correct IMDB score along with all of the details inc backdrop.

    Any ideas?

The Goldeneye problem exists with all version of Moving Pictures that I have used. 0.75, RC1, RC2 - also any variation of Mediaportal 1.0.1 or 1.1.0 RC2.
