Hello everyone,

in the past I had my video files spread across four local hard disc drives (U,W,X,Y). Recently I bought a NAS and I brought together all video files in one folder. The new storage location is \\nas\videos\.
Moving the video files from one location to the other worked fine (that is, 1. adding the empty new destination path in MP, 2. shutting down MP, 3. moving all files to the new location, 4. starting MP and waiting until MP detected all videos at the new location, 5. removing the old, now empty, path from MP).

But I still have an issue where I fear to have to use SQl commands. Maybe you have an alternative solution?

The problem is that I manually added backdrops for some videos. This results in a fixed path saved with the video file. See the error log below:
Code:

01-Mar-2016 15:48:47 Error [ DBMovieInfo]: Failed loading backdrop for 'Der Marsch' [2010] from \\Nas\video\Der Marsch (1990) [tt0165382]\Der Marsch (1990) [tt0165382]-fanart.jpg.

As you can see the old path is still there. How do I get rid of this?

Regards,

If it is just those 3 movies, then open MovPic config, goto the Movie Details tab, locate each movie, and use the bottom left area to load the new cover/backdrop from URL/folder, and then browse to the new location.

Well, I tried that but I can't. Because each time I start MovPic configuration I get this System.NullReferenceExc eption as seen in the screenshot below and the movies list loads forever and stays empty.
