Moving pictures goes black (1 Viewer)

false alarm. i opened Mp tonight to watch a movie and as i scrolled down it went black again... What else could it be

so when i remove the moving pictures thumbs folder it works. as soon as it re-finds/loads the artwork it crashes again goes black. But whats the point of having moving pictures with no artwork. here are the latest logs if someone could help

Your DirectX is out of date.

Install the June 2011 update first, because you have a ton of protected memory errors which might relate to that.

just went to microsoft site and downloaded newest version. When i tryed to install it i said i already had a newer or equivilant version

Weird, because dxdiag.txt on my box shows:

    DirectX Version: DirectX 11
    DxDiag Version: 7.00.6002.18107 32bit Unicode

And I saw 6.00.xxxx in yours. Either way you need to figure out why you are getting those memory write errors. Perhaps you have bad memory? Try some memory test tools otherwise for both system memory and videocard memory. Or look into other protection methods you might have running, DEP, IDS, etc.
