moving pictures hangs (1 Viewer)

Hi I have moving pictures 0.7.3 installed and it looks great. Much better than the "my video" plugin of Mediaportal. But: when I start moving pictures and I scroll through my film list moving pictures hangs after a few seconds and I can' t scroll anymore. By the way: when moving pictures hangs and I press the Play button on the top a movie starts playing. Attached you find my Log file. I hope I have done everything allright with my log file.

Hi there,
does no one has an idea? It's the same problem in "filmstrip view" as in "list view".
Some skins support the option "fanart". But I read that the "fanart" option is a RAM killer. Is the backdrop cover a RAM killer, too?
When mobving pictures hangs I can't choose anymore between the video files. But I can still press the play button (e.g. when i'm using the X-FACE skin) and after a while the video starts!

Hi, no one there who can help me?
When moving pictures crashes I can still start a movie by pressing the OK button. When I then stop the started movie moving pictures works again and I can move the cursor again.

Does no one has the same problems?

I see that olli14 use the intel onboard grafic, i use also the onboard grafic from intel ... what are you using ? Maybe MovingPictures has this problem with Intel onboard grafic ?

I'm using the 780g board with onboard hd3200 for graphics... I'll post logs as soon as it happens again

You both have the above in your logs, so you could be right about the Intel graphics.

What you could try is enabling EVR as renderer in MP config\directshow filter control\video renderer, you should already have .net3.5, just see if that makes any difference.

That's the total sum of my knowledge regarding intel graphics, and I am assuming that there is enough memory allocated to the graphics chip in the BIOS, rather than leaving it on auto.

Thank you for the reply. I will try this out. But let me ask you something (enabling EVR) in config\directshow filter control\video renderer ... this change is only for the gui in MP (and not liveTV and playing videos) ?
