MP 1.0.0 (2 Viewers)

Hi, I am still using MP 1.0.0 and find it does everything I need it to do, and does it very well, so am in no hurry to upgrade a stable system. I am using Ver 2.1.3331 of My TV Series and have an issue with new episodes I copy to my file server not appearing in the plugin until I reboot. If I access them via the My Videos they are all there.

My questions are:

Is this the normal operation, if so that is fine?

Is there a more recent version that is still compatible with MP 1.0.0?

I would just advise you to update to a new version of MP. Plugins still being developed are slowly but surely dropping 1.0.0. There have been many developments since that version that can improve the experience of that plugin, but do require a new MP version.

MyTVseries is one of those. The minimum required MP version for that is 1.0.1.

Thanks Zinu, I appreciate that there are many improvements but am concerned that the WAF is high at the moment and it took a while to get there so I am reluctant to make the change without a significant reason for doing so.

Well, running 1.0.0 my significant reason to do so is to be able to keep using the plugins I want. This may be different for you, but that would be mine.
