Hey Guys

First of all thank you for a fantastic software. I suddenly have a problem where MP1.15 crashes soon after getting to the home screen. I have tried the suggested fixes - such as deleting mediaportal.xml, checking databases for integrity and reinstalling MP1.15. I attach full logs. Could you advise what I'm missing?

Thanks

    Hi

Thanks for providing log files. (y)

The Windows application event log is always the first place to check when any program crashes. Your log says:
    [collapse]"10/23/2016 3:45:22 PM";".NET Runtime";"(0)";"Error";"Application: MediaPortal.exe
    Framework Version: v4.0.30319

Note the "Faulting module name: nvcuvid.dll" part. That means "nvcuvid.dll" is the component that failed and triggered the crash.

nvcuvid.dll is not an MP component. Rather, it's part of the driver for your NVidia GPU (GTX 750 TI). This is strange, because it doesn't look like you've updated the NVidia GPU driver recently.

Can you please collect new log files. This time please use the Watchdog with option 1 or 2 [instead of option 3]. That way we won't get empty MP log files. ;)

    Regards,
    mm
