[QUOTE="mm1352000, post: 1198950, member: 82144"] Hi Thanks for providing log files. (y) The Windows application event log is always the first place to check when any program crashes. Your log says: [collapse]"10/23/2016 3:45:22 PM";".NET Runtime";"(0)";"Error";"Application: MediaPortal.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. Exception Info: exception code c0000005, exception address 77E5191B ";"1026" "10/23/2016 3:45:22 PM";"Application Error";"Application Crashing Events";"Error";"Faulting application name: MediaPortal.exe, version: 1.15.0.0, time stamp: 0x57ca29f8 Faulting module name: nvcuvid.dll, version: 7.17.13.5382, time stamp: 0x55c3e75a Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x0007191b Faulting process id: 0x26e4 Faulting application start time: 0x01d22d3c0085374e Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\MediaPortal.exe Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\nvcuvid.dll Report Id: 82af3cd5-c485-4469-b459-91806b8ac512 Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID: ";"1000" "10/23/2016 3:45:31 PM";"Windows Error Reporting";"(0)";"Information";"Fault bucket 108483605540, type 1 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: MediaPortal.exe P2: 1.15.0.0 P3: 57ca29f8 P4: nvcuvid.dll P5: 7.17.13.5382 P6: 55c3e75a P7: c0000005 P8: 0007191b P9: P10: Attached files: C:\Users\Nyasha\AppData\Local\Temp\WER7E93.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml C:\WINDOWS\Temp\WER8A4B.tmp.csv C:\Users\Nyasha\AppData\Local\Temp\WER8A7B.tmp.appcompat.txt C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WER8AF9.tmp.dmp C:\Users\Nyasha\AppData\Local\Temp\WER981A.tmp.WERDataCollectionFailure.txt These files may be available here: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\AppCrash_MediaPortal.exe_78a5248a8f16d6b4f8db05fbede6444786276e2_135fe231_27cba1bb Analysis symbol: Rechecking for solution: 0 Report Id: 82af3cd5-c485-4469-b459-91806b8ac512 Report Status: 4104 Hashed bucket: 1fc17ed20c64f856d691285d9e45ff2e";"1001"[/collapse] Note the "Faulting module name: nvcuvid.dll" part. That means "nvcuvid.dll" is the component that failed and triggered the crash. nvcuvid.dll is not an MP component. Rather, it's part of the driver for your NVidia GPU (GTX 750 TI). This is strange, because it doesn't look like you've updated the NVidia GPU driver recently. Can you please collect new log files. This time please use the Watchdog with option 1 or 2 [instead of option 3]. That way we won't get empty MP log files. ;) Regards, mm [/QUOTE]
