Yes, but the critical information is what module caused it to crash. Please copy and paste the full entry here...

I think I noticed in your logs that you have it set up so that MP restarts after every resume - does it crash if you disable that ?

I had this problem on MP1.1.3 as well. The only way I got rid of the problem was to uninstall the following Windows updates.

    KB2533623, KB2507938, KB2567680

I have confirmed this to be the problem on my system because if I reinstall the updates the crashing starts again. I had two clients running win7 32bit with the same problem and same fix.

I also tried the updates again after upgrading MP to 1.2.1 thinking the problem may have gone away but it hadn't.

I am not sure the relationship between the three updates. If I uninstall each update individually the problem remains but if I uninstall all three the problem is gone.

Curious to see if this fixes your problem as well.

Thx for the heads up kjd01, i am 99.99999% certain this issue started after a recent windows update.
I will check when i get home from work.

Owlsroost, you are correct. I have MP to restart on resume. I fail to see how this could cause a problem, but will disable it and report back.

    thx guys.

    UPDATE

Ok, out of those 3 updates, the only one i had installed is KB2567680.
I have uninstalled it and will report back with results in next few days.

    Cheers

    Ok.

So far so good. Removing KB2567680 has resulted in zero crashes since yesterday morning. Looks promising.

What is it about this KB which causes MP to crash ?

Any dev curious enough to look into this ?

    cheers

If someone is looking into it can they look at the other two KBs I listed as well because for me it didn't matter which one of the three I had installed they all caused the same problem.
