I had to replace my MP1 PC. Old one worked successfully 1.23 with latest Slow Ring Windows Insider. Have WD 5TB USB 3.0 drive for recordings.
Now problem. Replaced PC, updated to same Slow Ring Windows Insider and reinstalled MP 1.23, WMP 12, etc. All same software levels as old PC. Now I have a problem with watching TV or playing Recorded TV. When I do either the first time MP will only go back to TV screen (TV on, etc) or will only play for 2 to 4 seconds. The 2nd or 3rd or ... times I try it plays successfully. Everything else on MP works successfully. I did do the fix for DB on Music files. I tried Titan and DefautWide HD and have the same problem. These are dedicated single server systems. I reinstalled MP1.23 from scratch and added feature WMP 12 and same problem. I am using the same files on WD USB 3.0 drive after a successful Import. New TV Recording do the same thing. Both of the systems us the same closed captioning Core CC Parser.
Just to add the failing PC has a AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics with default settings.
If I play one of the .ts files outside of MP it plays successfully.
