With a couple restore points ahead of for emergency, I tried to install MS SQL Server 2008 first, but found no way to extract the files using the command prompt.
I opened the SQL Server file after download, to watch it "extract" to a directory ("fast"), to abort using the command prompt instructions to install the server.
Somewhere in the (msi) section of System 32, is where the extraction took place. I couldn't get the configuration & installation panel to open, unless the server file
was put in a (double folder). Thats the behavior I experienced trying to use the MS SQL Server, to abort using it in attempt for MP 1.29 Pre-Release.

    From documentation:
For Windows 7 or later - MSSQL versions above 2008, there's no official documentation from Mediaportal but you can install and configure it based on the articles above, google or documentation from Microsoft. Compatibility has not been tested.
