MP 1.29 Pre-release of MySQL Server 5.6 can not install & host connect to the PCTV Tuner card to abort. (1 Viewer)

I recently tried to test the MP 1.29 Pre-release, to find out the MySQL Server 5.6 won't install & connect host to my TV Tuner card, to abort installation.
As I tried to reinstall MP 1.28, the same thing has happened. The (Advance install) for single seat, just won't install & host connect to the TV Server on my tuner card.
Are downloads suddenly going corrupt? or is the website server having problems. My Hauppauge WinTV v10 has done a successful install of MP-1.28 in the past.
I rather not use the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 for MediaPortal1. It needs to "simplify" installment without use of the command prompt
with Windows 10.

Firewall port opened for MySQL?
Host RVELATE37 resolved to IP address when MySQL installed?
User root have right for create and modify schema, tables etc
Try change schema name to Mediaportal ...

WinTV v10 TV server may have the tv cards locked.
