MP 1.3 Beta changes resolution when HDMI unplugged / disconnected (1 Viewer)

Hi all...

My HTPC is connected to my TV via HDMI.
Whenever i turn off my TV or unplug HDMI cable ( with HTPC still running ), the next time i turn the TV back on MP has changed resolution and looks like this :

Anyone know how to stop this ?

I don't know if it will help, but i have inlcuded my logs just incase.

Specs :

MediaPortal 1.3 Beta
AMD A6-3500 APU with HD6530D GPU
4 Gigs DDR3
Windows 7 64-bit
Catalyst Suite 12.8

This is a really annoying problem. Help is on it's way but it will still take some time to get rid of it.

Looking at that link, it was first raised in 2009... not giving much hope of this being fixed anytime soon if at all... :-(

Ok. I had a look but cannot find where to download 1.3.1 test build...

Tried this, and although it made an improvement, MP is still not full screen... instead of 1920x1080, it is more like 1600x1080 ( weird i know ).
