I have AverMedia DVB-S BDA Tuner wich stop workin after some time when TV server is idle(10-20 mins). While DVB-T working witnout problems any time. This was no problem in previous version of MP. Only in MP 1.4 . Why DVB-S stop working? tnx

It seems that the iddle-epg-grabber is blocking you dvbs Card. Please try to disable the idle-epg-grabber in tvserver-config and see if the Problem went away.
This seems to be a growing Problem here.....

Oh ok - good to know - I thought my Server has a Problem - but than it sounds more like a General Problem

Yeah!!! I have just dissable it "Grab EPG when idle" and this is it. Thank you man a lot

Good to hear that this solved your Problem.
Now you could try ty enable the EPG channel by channel to find out the channel who makes the Problem.

I have try to find out which satelite program make my dvb-s card to stop working. Its a CNN intl!!!!!! Thank you man,thank you alot
