After having a few issues with MP, I decided to give Vista a go, to see if any improvement. Problem is now, I cannot get HD TV to work properly. Sound is ok, but picture seems to be shown as a small magnified area that randomly jumps about. Setup is the same as I had it in XP, tried different codecs etc to no avail. Also on standard TV, there seems to be occasional lip sync problems. Question is, can I use backup settings in vista, and the use that to restore settings in a new XP install. Spent ages setting it up, and really do not want to start over. Just occured to me, I did let Vista install its own Nvidea graphics driver, could this be the problem?

Use the latest drivers and what codec have you got for HDTV.

Thanks for that, tried a few codecs, currently CoreAvc + Purevideo. Will try a different graphics driver before I trash it all again, may just work.
