When the option "Minimize to tray on GUI exit" is enabled MP can't shutdown windows. MP "dies", windows appears without the startmenu and you have to kill MP and then it is possible to shutdown/reboot windows

And sometimes when GUI exit in this "mode" the screen doesn't repaint so MP looks open but it has minimized to tray. The solution is to push ctrl+alt+del and then take "cancel"
