The machine then goes through the boot up and mentions that windows was shut down unexpectedly and reboots and everything continues on as if nothing has happened. This has become quite frustrating :growl: as i have not been able to find a reason to why it reboots the machine. The machine plays movies fine outside of MP (in windows media player) along with audio, just in MP it crashes/reboots. I have updated all drivers to the latest versions including trying OEM drivers that have not been released by the mobos manufacturer as of yet and still no luck. I have also tried running MP in debug mode with only the defaults loaded and the machine still crashes...... It gets worse still as MP doesnt create a auto log of any errors when the reboot occurs, so i can only retreive the logs once the machine has rebooted so im hopeing someone can take a look at the logs and see if they can see what might be causing the issue. The attached log file was created after all drivers were updated, including the upgrade of MP to version 1.1.2.0, the actual time that the reboot occured was at 22:21 on the 6th of December 2010: The machine is a dedicated HTPC and has no software loaded apart from foxit reader, CCleaner, K-Lite codec pack,DivX H.264 codec and logitech Software for the Dinovo Mini KB. Windows 7 32bit has been updated with all patches/hotfixes and current drivers as mentioned above and everything has been installed on a fresh installation of windows. Please let me know where to start looking so that i can continue to use this great software. :thx: Timmo
