Hi,
I activated the display timeout in the menue MP Config -> General -> On Screen Display. To be honest, this option works too fine for me, because it always let the OSD disappear after a certain timeout. But there is at least one situation for me, where this behaviour is totally annoying: If you wath TV and open the info bar (of however you call it) and than enlarge the infobar to read the full text, the OSD also disappears after the defined timeout.
My suggestion: Disable the timeout if the info bar is enlarged.
