[no Bug] MP crashes - Live TV (1 Viewer)

Hi,

second problem with my second HTPC is, that he crashes sometimes if i try to watch channels.
sometimes MP crashes and sometimes the channel is black without sound.

The channels are "ZDF_neo" and "EINSFestival".

I've got the same problem with "Dorcel TV" - this is reproducable on every client I have.
Streaming with Ipimp or watching over Fortherecord's "LiveTV" section with VLC works.
Logs will follow, currently the channel is out of order.

Happens everyday.
I'm switching the HTPC back to MP 1.1.3 now... thats no so good for my parents... they want to watch TV and no Watchdog

I understand your desire to go back to 1.1.3, however this problem would be very difficult to fix without someone who can reproduce it. I have looked at several of your logs but I don't see any problem. If you ever encounter the problem again please post fresh logs and specify the date and time when you encounter the problem...

Yes but Version 1.1.3 don't find the DD TV Cards... so i put an image file back on SSD with MP 1.2.0 Beta...

THe last Logfile was creaded at the crashtime. I put Watchdog to ato mode.

But the Crash time was 3:38 am. This time we all sleeping. I Think he try to load th EPG. Every Friday moring the HTPC do that: 3:30 am.
PowerSCheudler+++ wakes the PC from Standby - Extensice Loggin is on.

So this problem could be due to EPG grabbing? I thought the problem was when you watched TV.

You could turn off the EPG grabber for a while, and see if that fixes the problem - at least then we know where to look.

What EPG grabber settings do you have?

MP crashes both. May i open a second Bug report für the crash during EPG? I think its an other problem.

EPG Settings in PS++? Grabbing at three days at 20:00 o'clock.
Prevent Standby during grabbing EPG : YES

Nothing more.

Grabbing from DVB stream or web site?

EPG Grabbing when idle, always try to fill empty blocks, always try to "new" exesiting files, DVB Stream.
