Sorry but I can't agree. As I posted earlier setting up a custom resolution in the AMD Crimson settings, which apparently overrides EDID, resolved the problem for me. This was quite by chance as the reason for the custom setup was to resolve a diiferent issue that appeared with the Crimson 17.7.* drivers. With a new Crimson release I decided to check if the root problem which required the custom setup had been resolved, so I did an uninstall with DDU and a clean install of 17.9.3 and set it up without a custom resolution. That was five days ago (it does appear that the root problem is resolved) but today I had a crash on resume immediately following a navigation attempt. The MP crash on resume from sleep problem is still there for me.:( I will set a custom resolution again as a workaround.;) P.S. My Win is fully up to date and I'm using MP 1.17final.
