Really, i'm going crazy, :( only with certain AVI videos MP crashes completely. I can't understand why!!?¿ I've Windows XP clean install and XVID codec installed, some other videos are played without problem. It's courious also that the videos that causes the crash, are played correctly in WMP11, but in MP they doesn't work...

Attached is my error.log, i hope that somebody can help me... thanks in advance,

    Hi,
Most probably this is caused by a codec or maybe missing codec (for VMR9) to a certain type of files. You could try to install latest ffdshow & test.

Please don't cross post problems, have seen the other black screen & it's probably the same prob as this.

    Regards
    Roy

    Hi,
Can you upload/attach the full MediaPortal.log to the post. & if you can upload a small movie /sample with the format that don't work & link it here it would be fine.

    Regards
    Roy
