MP crashing all the time (1 Viewer)

Hey all,

I have a problem that just started happening today.

I can load up MediaPortal 1.7.1 HOTFIX fine. But no matter what I do, after about 30 seconds it crashes.
I have attached the zip file it generates.

The only changes I have made recently are:
Installed Steam
Installed software for Logitech rumble pad

I did install IRSS, but uninstalled it straight away.

I have tried exiting all other programs running etc and it doesnt make a difference.

Your help would be appreciated!

Your TVSeries database (TVSeriesDatabase4.db3) is corrupt.
Please delete or attempt to fix that file:

Note: where the instructions above say "VideoDatabaseV5.db3" you should instead be dealing with "TVSeriesDatabase4.db3".

I tried the repair and that seems to have fixed it. What should I be looking for (and where) in the logs to know this in the future?

Also, what would have caused the database to become corrupt?

MediaPortal.log, look for repeated entries "SQLiteClient: Closing database: ". Go to the start of the entries to find which database has corrupted.

Also, what would have caused the database to become corrupt?

Things like unexpected power loss to the PC or potentially use of the MPSync plugin.
