There are still errors in your log file. Can you try to repair your TV database?

I think you need to delete several plugin databases (TVSeries, MovPic, FanartHandler...) and re-import them again to get MP working.

Plugins db moved to another folder. How can I re-import them?
MP now starts, but I can only see white words on black screen and nothing works. New logs attached.
