MP file locks network prevent standby (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I have been running RC3 ever since it was released and ever since I upgraded I noticed an issue that my HTPC does not want to go into standby after x minutes I have setup in windows 7,
I'm 100% sure this is caused by MP and it might be actually a problem of the My TVSeries plugin since the filelocks are on certain tvseries video files. How do I know all this;
simple I fire up MP, alt+f4 it to minimize to systray (as I have configured MP). Fire up CMD and launch "powercfg -requests", see below for the output

When I then quit MP and do the powercfg requests again, then the filelocks are gone. It's the same when I launch MP-Config and open up tvseries plugin, instead of mediaportal.
As I believe this might be a tvseries plugin problem I'll post this in that subforum too, providing a link to this post.

I have fixed this issue by removing the files in question, they were broken somehow (could not play them).
It would be nice if this is handled gracefully though
