MP finds all TV Channels but tells me "No Signal" when trying to watch (1 Viewer)

Hello! I recently bought a new DVB-C Card for my Computer (Terratec Cinergy T PCIe) and wanted to continue to use MP to watch TV. The card gets recognized by the TV-Server config and I can scan for channels. It even finds all available channels in my region and with maximum signal strength and quality.

However, when testing the channels or trying to tune in to the channels using the main MP application, I get the following error: "No Signal".
I tried to watch TV with the proprietary software terratec provided and it works fine.

The only related message in the log that I could find isn't very helpful either:
Code:
[(19)]: dvb: LockedInOnSignal could not lock onto channel - no signal or bad signal

I would appreciate help with this problem as I already searched the FAQ, Wiki and Troubleshooting guide and couldn't find anything related to my problem.

Interestingly, I did not change that setting. I even completely un-installed MP and re-installed it to make sure the default settings are in effect. When I checked the setting just now, "stop card" was checked, so I am not sure how you got the idea that I changed the setting.

Unless you deleted the TV Server database, any old settings would have remained in there. The logs show this after each frequency that is scanned (and each time a channel tune fails in the stress test):

To me that indicates that pause mode is being used - I can confirm in the code that those lines only get printed in the logs when pause mode is activated.

And yet, as I have just now confirmed again, that setting simply isn't checked in my configuration. I did delete the database when the uninstaller asked me if I want to remove it. Deletion was successful as I got the message "Your database was dropped".

As for the setting itself: Here is a screenshot that it is definitely turned off: http://yaru.eu/settings.png

As I still couldn't find a solution, I would really appreciate further assistance with finding a way to get MP to tune in on channels.

    Hi Anpan

This is one of the strangest issues I have seen. Can you please try changing to "pause card", collect some logs, and then change to "stop card" again and collect another set of logs.

I just found the solution: For some reason I cannot comprehend, MP was "finding" channels on frequencies that are actually not available in my region. When I looked up a list and entered the channel frequencies, symbolrate and modulation manually, it suddenly worked perfectly fine.
I'm sorry for the confusion and thank you for your help.
