MP flashes to windows starting a movie (1 Viewer)

Hi

I am using the rc2 MP, whenecver i start a movie or switch to a new movie a few seconds the windows desktop is shown.

I use movingpictures, but it also happens in musicvideo db when switching between music videos

anyone have a solution ?

I guess you are using Vista?

This is an issue between MP and vista. the devs are working to fix it in all the areas. Something about a worker process needing some changes, from memory.
Does it happen when you start a movie in regular "myVideos" plugin?
If not, then post this in the forums for those plugins too.

I also have this problem running XP. When launching certain movies MP switches back to the desktop, the MP icon is visible on the taskbar. Switching back to MP the movie loads successfully.

This seems be fixed in the upcoming RC3 release, working fine on my test machine with Vista and xp + MP1.0RC3

I saw that the SVN section was archived and updated to RC3, but didn't find any references to RC3 availability on th home page or in the forum.
