Generate a log set 1st - see http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_MEDIAPORTAL_1/16_Support/3_Forums/2_Log_Files Look at the Mediaportal.txt file that's created, this may give you info you need, if not, post logs, sure there will be someone (or more) who'll be happy to take a look and hopefully get you back into service PDQ.
