MP Gold 1366x769 now updated for use with MP 1.0.0.0 RC3 (4 Viewers)

I have moved to MP 1.0.0.0 RC3 and therefore also updated the MP Gold 1366x769 skin.

It's a clean and simple 16:9 skin. My intention was to give MP a more professional look. It's brushed steel using a yellow accent color. Therefore it's not as bright as the Blue ... skins and it doesn't have the MEPO man (which I consider an advantage, but that's a matter of preference).

The skin is intended to be used from the basichome page. On the basichome screen I have added an invisible settings button on the bottom right and the MP logo in the left top is also a button to access the power controls.

If you like the skin but find corners of MP for which it doesn't work, let me know, I see that I fix it. I have many more ideas for improvements than I have time to implement them, but if you have feedback or suggestions I want to know.

The subtile inconsistencies between screens in the blue... skins have always annoyed me, therefore I have spend a lot of effort assuring that positions and animations (for menu buttons, time stamps, titles, overlay, etc.) are consistent througout the screens. Which gives a more relaxed experience (for those who notice ...).

I did manage to attach the skin files.

Please note this is actually an .rar file, you will have to rename it to unpack. Funny, the max size for an .rar attachment is 5MB and for a .zip is 8MB

I tried this skin... I cant use it when MP loads it says Warning! " This skin is currently outdated. This will cause problems when using MP" Then I click ignore and then it starts to load up and then it crashes.

Skin works ok for MP 1.0 RC3.

But as I have seen elsewhere not for the latest SVN.

What version are you running?

I don't know what the exhaustive list of supported plug-ins looks like.

Of course the standard plug-ins; Radio, Music, TV (including TV-server), Video, Pictures and Weather. But also News and Programs, although, since I don't use these anymore, I have not tested to make sure they are not broken.

I realize that even on these I'm 100% ready, but I fix things as they come along. If there is something that annoys you let me know.

What plug-in are you looking for to see supported? I'm interested in 'for the record' and 'moving pictures' myself, if I decide to start using these they will be supported very quickly
