Luxe TV HD broadcasts in anamorph HDTV format. CoreAVC obviously (still) has problems restoring the proper aspect ratio and displays the picture in wrong (native) format. So the AR has to be set to 16:9 manually, which I do by right clicking into the full picture area, then selecting change aspect ratio from the menu box, and so on...

Now If VMR exclusive mode is used, MP's GUI hangs right from the moment the menu box comes up (live TV still continues)
If VMR exclusive is NOT used, MP works fine and I can do what I want.

There is no problem if Cyberlinks H.264 decoder is used (but this loads my CPU to 100% and the picture stutters)

I have to use VMR exclusive to avoid tearing, so unchecking this mode is not a good solution for me.

    Any ideas?

P.S.: YES, I know I have to attach error logs, but I cannot create them. Once MP hangs it is still in the VMR exclusive mode and there is no way to change over to the Windows desktop. The only way is to turn the computer off. If someone tells me how, I will create and supply the logs.
