MP mytrailers (2 Viewers)

Hi,

hope you can help.

I have installed mp and everything is running perfect apart from mytrailers, I have read other threads that have people complaining about stuttering videos. My issue is that nothing comes up at all, select shrek3 and nothing under trailers or cast come up, just the icon to 'go up a level', but my music videos works fine!

I was wondering if there is an extra windows firewall exception to add or an option somewhere for something i have missed. i have checked MP FAQs and searched here a bit, but with no luck.

So if anyone knows why i can't get any trailers please help.

I'm getting the same behaviour here... I just installed the newest svn and encountered the same problem. I have it working on my other computer (different svn though).

i've tried on the latest stable version and now on svn 24/05 both with the same issue, are you running vista? i'm on business dunno if vista is affecting anything?
also i can get one or two trailers, 40 year old virgin for e.g.
what OS's are your 2 pcs?

I have the same problem here and this was after I installed mp stable version.
It is with xp sp 2

I get no trailers listed - had been working.
But lots of updates to my htpc recently:
1. new svn (27-may-07)
2. updated to all xp pro sp2 + all newest patches
3. installed/tried plugins eg. online videos (incl. mplayer plugin).

I checked my second computer, the one that used to work... well it doesn't anymore, even tough I haven't changed anything. So I assume something with the source of the trailers has changed...

yeah, i tried on XP with the same thing. i've found another plugin called 'online videos' which seems to have done the trick!

Bummer! Same Problem here! There doesn't seem to be a solution in SVN yet.
