MP Plugins config crash after update to 1.4 (1 Viewer)

Following update to V1.4 from V1.3 I can no longer configure my plugins in the mediaportal configurator.

As soon as I click on "plugins" I get a log4net error as per the picture. I have searched everywhere but cannot seem to find a solution.

Also, my SMPconfig.exe now crashes on run so I have to now use titan skin.

Thanks, even though I didn't have it installed I installed the newest version and now it works. I guess some remnants of an old install still lurking around.
