MP RC1 does not install MS SQL express server (1 Viewer)

I tried to install MediaPortal Release Candidate 1, V1.1.0 but it doesn´t download and install MS SQL express server, so the TV server doesnt work. The MySql doesn´t work too.

If I first install MediaPortal, V1.0.2 Stable Release and after MediaPortal Release Candidate 1, V1.1.0 does MediaPortal works fine.

please provide logs for TV not working with MySQL as there is no known reason for.

We doesn't default to MSSQL anymore because it cannot be installed automatically on all OSes, so now the default is MySQL 5.1.

Thanks. So I had to install the MS sql first and then install MediaPortal? I will also try to install MediaPortal and use MySQL instead.

I will also try to install MediaPortal and use MySQL instead.

This is my setup

If I first install MediaPortal, V1.0.2 Stable Release and after MediaPortal Release Candidate 1, V1.1.0 does the TV server work fine (the the MS sql is install).

1.1.0 will uninstall 1.0.2 when it comes to MediaPortal. Database server is not touched anyway.

I can´t get MediaPortal Release Candidate 1, V1.1.0 to work without install MediaPortal, V1.0.2 Stable Release first. If I install alone MediaPortal Release Candidate 1, V1.1.0 does the MySql not work.
