Hello! My problem is the following:
When I start a playback of any kind, DVDs, xvid or mkv everything works fine, but when I stop them MP resizes and I only se the top left part of the screen, only 1/4 of the whole whole GUI.
I'll add som pictures to explain a bit better, my english aren't that good. =)

The first is the picture before I start the playback and the second is after I stopped the playback.
I also include the bug-log if it helps you, i located this two lines who I think has to do with it:

2007-11-22 17:11:07.885000 [Warn.][MPMain]: Right + Left cropping larger than screenwidth! Setting to 0
2007-11-22 17:11:07.885000 [Warn.][MPMain]: Top + Bottom cropping larger than screenwidth! Setting to 0

Did you ever figure out why this happens?

Henric,

Did you ever fix this issue as I am experiencing the same thing?

Cheers,

What codec do you have defined in Movies?

Looks to me like the playing of the movie resized the screen, but when the movie stopped it didn't return to its original size.

I've never seen that - but anything can happen with an HTPC.

If you would like us to take a look at this, please try and reproduce it with MP RC1 and post the problem and description in that forum.

    Tonight, tonight...

    diehard2,

I'll take a look at it tonight and repost in the correct forum. I am using MP RC1 which I just installed last night so I'm betting on configuration issues. I've tried using both the default setting and Dscaler. I've got three main issues to look into tonight:

    1. Getting the Screen to stop resizing (it flashes to the windows desktop between resolution changes)
    2. Getting XVid (only file I had on my thumbdrive) to play properly (video doesn't play, but audio does), and checking to see if this problem is with all video (though TV worked).
    3. Prevent WMC from opening. In a strange moment WMC took over after playing a visualization.
