MP Resizes to wrong size/resolution (1 Viewer)

I just updated to Win 8.1 & MP 1.5 resulting in MP regularly snapping to a smaller size (see attachmed screenshot). Initially I assumed issues with win 8.1 DPI scaling, I reverted the setting to the normal win 8.1 setting, but the issue is still there. Attached is Debug Log.

There is another thread with similar (or same) issue, so the issue might be more general.
