MP Restarts at once after Sleep (1 Viewer)

I have been using MP now for some weekes and it worked perfectly.
Sudently when setting it into Sleep or if Powersheduler shuld put it to sleep it just sleeps and starts at once.
Of cource i would love to say i havent changed anyting but nobody would belive it.
So yes i changed some settings (The time until TV Server should check the TV Cards) and that should be it.

But even changing it back, same result.
Selecting sleep or waiting, and MP just restarts at once.

And yes, the TV Server and Client have the same config

Anybody? This is driving me nuts

Solution
The problem was due to Power Managemet
It had to deselect Allow this device to wake the computer for my LogiTech deNevio Keyboard / Mouse
Now it works

BTW:
Vista actualy tells in one of the Logs, what device did the wake up..
Makes finding the problem a bit easier
