MP-TV no longer holding fanart selections (1 Viewer)

Not sure what I've done wrong, but since recently updating my mediaportal to the latest version, MP-TV won't let me save any preferred fanart for a TV series. instead, I get a random poster, banner & backdrop... different every time. I can go through the motions of making a selection in config, but the selection never saves.
Has anyone come across this before?

MPTVSeries configuration --> switch to "General" tab -> right side 2nd checkbox "Display random Artwork in series and season view"... got a feeling that is checked for you, so your manual settings are ignored and overruled.
