On one of my clients (the Zotac), when I start the configuration of MP TV series it will always crash MP configuration.
This happens when it says 'loading your library'. It happened with version 2.2.6 and I just installed 2.2.7 and it still is the case. The only way to configure a new show is to un-install and then re-install the plug-in. Starting the configuration from the installer works fine. Two other machines are fine, all three point to the same shared network folder for the TV series.
What can I do to give you more info; Would it help to send you the MS error report it generates?
Is there a way to start the configuration without using MP install? Just to try if that makes a difference?
